Regular supervision services are offered for all oncology care providers, either individually or in groups or teams, to support them in providing complex care services. The supervision sessions focus on transmission of theoretical knowledge, intervention strategies to be integrated into clinical practice and emotional support to help care providers cope better with difficulties encountered when providing care to patients and those close to them.

Objective:

Regular supervision services are offered for all oncology care providers, either individually or in groups or teams, to support them in providing complex care services. The supervisors, in addition to their many years of clinical experience in psycho-oncology, are also experts in oncology communication training. These skills enable them to cover theoretical knowledge, intervention strategies to be integrated into clinical practice and emotional support or examination of the difficulties encountered personally or by a team relating to work situations. The purpose is to help care providers cope better with difficulties encountered when providing care to patients and those close to them.
